Researcher reporting
See how multiple interpretations occupy each MBM quadrant. Compare patterns against documented institutional intentions and identify what further evidence would be needed before approaching leadership with developmental guidance.
Restricted access
The live reporting site is restricted to accounts with a server-assigned MBM research administrator role.
Open registration does not grant access to this dashboard. A server-assigned researcher role is required.
What this view can—and cannot—show
Each point represents one independent response on two measures. Concentrated points suggest similar interpretations; scattered or distinct clusters suggest differences worth investigating. Neither convergence nor a mismatch with published intentions establishes accuracy, causation, or organizational failure.
All 13 quadrant distributions
Every component uses its exact MBM axes. Hover or read the point summaries; no respondent names are displayed.
From staff interpretations to developmental guidance
Use three evidence streams, not a single “gap score.” CalCreative's public vision/mission and learning philosophy must be coded independently, while staff profiles are built from authorized responses and leadership's intended interpretation is collected separately.
Published vision and mission
Extract the actual claims and supporting policies. Do not assign coordinates from promotional language alone.
Independent ratings
Examine medians, dispersion, unresolved axes, context, and disagreements without labeling individuals.
Collaborative review
Invite leadership to interpret evidence and propose testable changes to conditions and opportunities.
A guiding MBM question
What relationships among institutional culture, Core Values, socioemotional competencies, behavioral dispositions, and personality characteristics could explain the pattern—and what modest change would test that explanation over time?
Use the findings responsibly
The first 4–6 colleague responses can help test comprehension, inter-rater consistency, and research procedures. They cannot responsibly be advertised as representative of all CalCreative staff. A schoolwide study would need authorization, a sampling/participation plan, privacy safeguards, and a distinct leadership review protocol.
